Who we are
The Leadership Advantage is Australia’s most trusted personal and professional development academy founded by Wayne Pearce (OAM) and Martin Camp.
Wayne Pearce is a high-performance and leadership strategist with a background in education, elite sport, and corporate sales. His multidisciplinary experience and interest in human behaviour fuel his passion for empowering individuals and organisations through tailored leadership and peak performance programs.
Martin’s background is as a senior executive, leading business and cultural transformations across large workforces. He has a first-class honours degree in mechanical engineering, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

What we do
We provide personal and professional development courses and programs ranging from online, self-paced development through to face-to-face workshops and immersion style events. We specialise in helping people to unlock their hidden potential, build more productive relationships, become better leaders and build high performance teams.

Our History
Leadership Advantage evolved from the Intellectual Property, courses and programs developed by the Wayne Pearce Academy. The Wayne Pearce Academy has been developing and delivering peak performance programs since 2016 using innovative, proprietary tools and techniques designed to unlock potential, boost motivation, and enhance productivity.
